2. Nature of Digital Services

Since our services involve professional expertise, time, strategy, and digital work, they are generally considered non-returnable. Once work has commenced or digital deliverables have been provided, the service cannot be physically returned.

3. Order Cancellation

Before Work Commences

Customers may request cancellation before any work has started. If payment has already been made and no work has begun, a full refund may be issued, subject to payment processing fees and administrative charges, if applicable.

After Work Commences

If work has already begun, refunds will be considered based on the amount of work completed. Charges for time spent, consultations, research, planning, or completed milestones may be deducted from any refund amount.

4. Project-Based Services

For fixed-price projects such as Shopify development, website design, branding, or SEO campaigns:

  • Deposits and upfront payments are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed based on completed stages of work.

  • Completed deliverables remain the intellectual property of Opodo Group Limited until full payment has been received.

5. Monthly Marketing and Advertising Services

For recurring services, including:

  • SEO Management

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Google Ads Management

  • Advertising Campaign Management

Clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Services already provided;

  • Active campaigns that have already been launched;

  • Advertising budgets spent on third-party platforms;

  • Completed reports, consultations, or strategic planning.

6. Third-Party Advertising Costs

Payments made to third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads;

  • Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram);

  • TikTok Ads;

  • LinkedIn Ads;

  • Shopify applications and subscriptions;

  • Domain registration and hosting services;

are non-refundable because such charges are controlled by external providers.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and required materials;

  • Responding promptly to requests and approvals;

  • Reviewing deliverables within reasonable timeframes.

Delays caused by the client do not entitle the client to a refund.

8. Revisions and Corrections

Opodo Group Limited is committed to client satisfaction and may provide reasonable revisions in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

9. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered where:

  • Services have not yet commenced;

  • A duplicate payment has been made;

  • Opodo Group Limited is unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons within its control;

  • There has been an error in billing.

Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Opodo Group Limited after reviewing the circumstances.

10. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced;

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences;

  • Delays caused by the client;

  • Advertising spend already incurred;

  • Search engine ranking fluctuations;

  • Business losses or reduced sales;

  • Third-party fees and subscriptions;

  • Completed consultations and strategic recommendations;

  • Services already delivered or substantially completed.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Opodo Group Limited before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback after receiving services may result in:

  • Suspension of services;

  • Termination of agreements;

  • Submission of supporting documentation to payment processors and financial institutions;

  • Recovery proceedings where permitted by law.

12. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • Banks;

  • Credit card providers;

  • Payment processors.

Typically, approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.

13. Limitation of Liability

Opodo Group Limited does not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases from digital marketing activities. Refunds shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
